CONSENTS

  1. The administrator of your personal data is CFE Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 48, 02-146 Warsaw, with which you can contact by mail at the company's registered office address, as well as by e-mail at: amity@cfe.com.pl
    Providing your personal data in the form is voluntary, but necessary for registration and participation in the event "Amity Night".
  2. Your personal data will be processed:
    • for the purpose of organizing the event "Amity Night" based on voluntarily expressed consent to the processing of personal data (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR),
    • for the purpose of realizing the legitimate interests of the Administrator, in particular for the purpose of: organizing the event, communicating with you, ensuring the safety of persons and property, establishing, investigating and defending against claims (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).
  3. The recipients of your personal data are authorized employees and associates of the Administrator and entities providing services to the Administrator related to the organization of corporate events and promotion (e.g. marketing services, IT services, technical support, etc.), which must have access to data to perform their duties. These entities will have access to data only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks.
  4. The personal data will be stored by the Administrator for a period of 10 years or until the consent is withdrawn before the end of the specified period. Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator will be processed until the cessation of the above interest or the objection to the processing. In appropriate cases, this period may be extended for the time necessary to defend against claims.
  5. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
    • access to your personal data, their correction, deletion or restriction of processing,
    • data portability,
    • objecting to the processing of data,
    • withdrawing consent to the processing of data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
    • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  7. Personal data will not be used to make automated decisions, including profiling.
